Boston, MA – September 30, 2017
Portland Boxing Club’s Casey “Buzzsaw” Kramlich, of Raymond, ME, lost a unanimous decision to Greg Vendetti, of Stoneham, MA at the House of Blues in Boston on Saturday. The New England Super Welterweight Championship was on the line in the 8-round fight, promoted by Golden Boy Promotions and Murphy’s Boxing on the undercard of a televised ESPN broadcast.

The fast-paced bout proved to be the fight of the night with both men exchanging heavy shots that had the fans on their feet for all 8 rounds. Kramlich suffered a gash on the eyelid late in the second round and another cut in the fourth round which did not deter Kramlich who fought with the heart of a warrior.
Kramlich’s record falls to 8-1- 1 (4 KO) while Vendetti’s record improves to 16-2- 1 (10 KO).
